{"id":1062,"date":"2013-04-01T08:00:27","date_gmt":"2013-04-01T12:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.worlddrivecoaching.com\/?p=1062"},"modified":"2013-04-01T08:00:27","modified_gmt":"2013-04-01T12:00:27","slug":"book-review-how-to-say-it-creating-complete-customer-satisfaction-by-jack-griffin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.worlddrivecoaching.com\/moveforward\/book-review-how-to-say-it-creating-complete-customer-satisfaction-by-jack-griffin\/","title":{"rendered":"Book Review: How To Say It: Creating Complete Customer Satisfaction by Jack Griffin"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1063\" alt=\"Creating Complete Customer Satisfaction\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.worlddrivecoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Creating-Complete-Customer-Satisfaction.jpg?resize=260%2C391\" width=\"260\" height=\"391\" \/>This book is about how to sell and keep customers satisfied. \u00a0It is a thorough book going through the sales process all the way through handling with customer complaints about your product. \u00a0It also has lists of suggested words to use and words to stay away from which can be a great help to those who are writing marketing material.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I find the book to be a great reference for anyone whether you would consider yourself in sales not. \u00a0Even person at the customer service desk in a retail store can learn a great deal from this book.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I think the most important point that anyone can take from this text is to take care of your customer.\u00a0 While this seems obvious I run into many companies that forget this fundamental lesson. \u00a0If each person who reads this book can grasp this one lesson along with the concepts presented you can win in business.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>There were two things that annoyed me in this book. \u00a0One was the typos at the start that gave me a bad impression of the book at first. \u00a0This does go away rather quickly so don&#8217;t let it turn you off from reading it as it seems confined to the first section or so.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The second thing were the examples. \u00a0There was not a consistent theme with the example letters and e-mails. \u00a0The &#8220;company&#8221;
