Day 47 and I still have not missed a day!
Nothing new to report. This morning was the second time that I have done Wake Up! right after waking up. It felt a lot better this time than last time. Last time I tried was right after I started doing DDPYoga so it put me in a bad mood (I am not a morning person most of the time) but since I have done this for a while now and loosened up quite a bit it felt really good to do this first thing.
I have not weighed myself in over a week. Trying to limit that as I was doing it every few days but I should be able to report something one way or another in my next post. Until then keep pushing the limits!
