Day 3 – Feeling Good

Just finished day three of DDPYoga and it keeps feeling better.  I am still having to modify (it is only day three) but things I had to modify yesterday and didn’t have to today.  Getting sweatier to so I can only assume this is a good sign 🙂

I am still doing the Energy! workout which is the recommended one right after The Diamond Dozen.  It utilizes The Diamond Dozen heavily with a few moves you will learn during the workout.  It stretches your body out and feels good.  I have heard some joints pop that have needed it for awhile – not in a painful way mind you.

Keep in mind I have done this each day for the last three days.  The recommended plan for a beginner is every other day 3 times per week.  I have modified this myself due to my planning and daily routine.
